Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR) - a 2 year professional degree program for students preparing to enter the workforce and professionals who wish to enhance their education and skills. (See MILR/MBA Dual Degree also)
Master of Professional Studies in ILR (MPS) - a 1 year professional degree program for practicing professionals sponsored by their employers.
Master of Science in ILR (MS) - an academic degree for students who wish to pursue research or further education at the PhD level.
